OUR CHARITIES
As part of our concert programme, after most performances, we hold a retiring collection for a nominated local charity. Here are just a few examples of charities you have helped. We thank you for your generous participation.
PSDS, a local charity based in Reigate, works with children and young people with Down syndrome. PSDS provides support and essential specialist services, guidance, advice and friendship.

Local charity, Home-Start East Surrey, provides emotional and practical help to parents with at least one child under 11 years old. Affiliated to Home-Start UK, volunteers are all parents trained, supported and supervised to Home-Start UK standards. We aim to provide early support and friendship to families experiencing isolation, low self-esteem, mental health issues and parenting difficulties. We work alongside parents in their own homes - parents helping parents.
The Children’s Trust, based at Tadworth, works with children and young people who have a serious neurodisability, often as the result of an accident or major illness. They offer 24 hour care, specialist rehabilitation, education and community services to the children and their families, plus facilities for parents who wish to stay close to their children.
